Liquid forms, i.e. drops or oil, are taken via a pipette or in the form of sprays with an atomiser or drizzled into the mouth. Orally dispensed drops/sprays do not have to dissolve in the stomach - the effect or the support from the nutrients therefore occurs quickly. An ideal form of dosage for babies or small children or anyone who does not want to or cannot swallow tablets or capsules.
