Naturally healthy - what mother doesn't want that for herself and her child? But already when the desire to have a child is there, you should make sure that you are well supplied so that the additional needs during pregnancy and breastfeeding are covered. Some things should be balanced out in this phase of life so that the baby's development takes its healthy progression without any problems.
