Magnesium takes over many tasks in the metabolism. It supports the normal function of the nervous system and muscles and is important for the maintenance of bones and teeth, as well as balancing the electrolyte balance. Burgerstein MagnesiumVital contains an easily digestible magnesium compound. The use of two types of magnesium (magnesium citrate and magnesium oxid) ensures optimal availability.
